How do I book a treatment at Beauty Clinic Brazzini?
The easiest way is to book online through our booking system, Nymo Clinic. You'll see live availability with Elisa, choose your treatment and time, and secure the slot in a few clicks. Prefer to talk to us first? You can also reach us by WhatsApp, phone, email or via our contact form.
Can I pay in instalments with Klarna?
Yes. Selected treatments can be split into 3 interest-free payments with Klarna. We'll send you a secure Klarna pay link once your appointment is confirmed — no long forms and no impact on your credit score for Pay in 3.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna (Pay in 3, interest-free). Cash is also accepted in-clinic.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Some treatments require a small deposit to hold your appointment, which you can pay directly through Nymo when you book. The deposit is deducted from the total price of your treatment on the day.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule — you can do this straight from your Nymo confirmation email. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit so we can offer the slot to another client.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Bookings and deposits are handled by Nymo Clinic, and all card and Klarna payments are processed through regulated payment providers using bank-grade encryption. We never store your full card details.
