How do I book a treatment at Beauty Clinic Brazzini?
Click Book Now to open our online booking system, Nymo Clinic. You'll see live availability with Elisa, choose your treatment and time, and secure the slot in a few clicks. Prefer to talk to us first? You can also reach us by WhatsApp, phone, email or via our contact form.
Can I spread the cost of my treatment?
Yes. Selected treatments can be split into interest-free instalments with Klarna (Pay in 3) or Clearpay (Pay in 4). We'll send you a secure pay link once your appointment is confirmed. There's no interest and no fees as long as you pay on time, and neither affects your credit score.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Clearpay. Cash is also accepted in-clinic.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Some treatments require a small deposit to hold your appointment, which you can pay directly through Nymo when you book. The deposit is deducted from the total price of your treatment on the day.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule — you can do this straight from your Nymo confirmation email. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit so we can offer the slot to another client.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Bookings and deposits are handled by Nymo Clinic, and all card, Klarna and Clearpay payments are processed through regulated payment providers using bank-grade encryption. We never store your full card details.
