I can’t recommend Elisa at Beauty Clinic Brazzini enough! I’ve done several treatments with her and each one has been absolutely amazing. She is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, and I always feel I’m in the best hands. What makes her stand out even more is her honesty and the fact that she genuinely listens and takes the time to understand what you need. She’s always willing to help and give the best advice, and her warm and professional approach makes every visit such a positive experience. Elisa is amazing! She’s professional, knowledgeable and clearly really experienced. You can tell she’s done a lot of studying and research because she doesn’t take a cookie cutter approach. Instead she tailors the treatment to what you actually need, using the best products. She’s also really caring, thorough and super hygienic. On top of that, she’s just a lovely person to be around. Highly recommended.

This place is such peace. Elisa is such calm and professionalism. I’ve been coming for a while and been at the salon while they had to go through one bad member of staff which was such sad luck for them. BUT… I’m so excited for Elisa - her new recruit, Amanda, is a gem. Best wax - and so intuitive as to whether I wanted to talk or needed to get on with a few emails! Just shows how karma comes around for honest small businesses - and this one is definitely that!

I’ve gone here 4 times now for a bikini wax and every time is great! I booked with Amanda today and she was so gentle, quick and did a really good job! Eliza is also amazing! Everyone who works here is so lovely and welcoming, the customer service is top tier!

I went to Elisa to have a mole and some warts removed from my face. She made me feel comfortable straight away and explained the whole procedure step by step. The place is spotless, with all equipment properly sterilised. Elisa is highly professional, very knowledgeable, and genuinely skilled. I would definitely recommend her!
